Our minium fee for a house plan drawing is currently R3500.The fee is for the floor plan and the building drawing.The house plan design fee exclude the council submission fee,structural engineer fee and the competent fee for SANS10400/SANS204. In short we charge R250 per hour to design a house plan for a client.This goes down to R80 per square metre for the floor plan design and building drawing for the proposed work.
